Phase 01: Define
This is the discussion phase. In order to create a successful end project we must first understand your brand, your ambitions and requirements. We will spark conversations and ask questions that will help prioritize key objectives and identify the most effective solutions for meeting them.
As we work through this processes I will document project scope, goals, marketing messages, target audiences, budgets, technical specifications and schedule milestones.
Phase 02: Design
This is the creative, knock-your-socks-off phase. After defining the “big picture” you will see your project come to life as we begin exploring a number of different creative ideas, approaches and concepts.
After exploring a variety of creative avenues, we begin centralizing our ideas into a single concept. Focus shifts from ideation to prototyping and production design.
Phase 03: Deliver
Upon completion of the Design Phase, quality assurance springs into action, ensuring the project is successful and meets all expectations and requirements set forth in the Definition Phase.
We review and critique the results as a whole to determine their overall success and how to implement them.
The project is then finalized, delivered and verified.
