Meltdown Snowboard Shop is a specialty sports boutique in Kitchener – Waterloo that specializes in snowboarding equipment and accessories. After 7 very successful years with snowboard sales in a brick and mortar store Meltdown contracted me to put together a fully customized online store that featured seamless integration between X-Cart and WordPress content management systems.

Lauren Horton

Born just outside Toronto in Scarborough, Ontario, Lauren is a scrappy, pull-no-punches type of girl and star of the MTV hit reality show Peak Season. During the summer of 2010 Lauren Horton contracted me to develop an online identity for her, to be put in place for the upcoming filming of Peak Season in 2011.

In addition to appearing on MTV’s Peak Season, Lauren Horton often spends her time making celebrity guest appearances and doing the occasional promo for Monster Energy. She’s built up a close relationship with her fans via Twitter and during Summer 2010 she contracted me to design and build her a website integrated with twitter that would allow her to interact with her fans on a much larger scale than Twitter currently allows.

Mapleridge Landscapes is a complete landscape design, construction & maintenance company in Southern Ontario, who provides a setting that enhances your lifestyle, while adding value and curb appeal to your property.

I began working with Semantic Design in March 2010 to design an engaging web interface for Mapleridge consistent with existing marketing collateral and integrate it with the WordPress CMS platform.

After 20 years, what started as a small operation has risen to become one of the largest importers of desiccated coconut, sweetened coconut and toasted coconut on the continent. SoHo Sneaker Shop

SoHo Sneaker Shop was established in September of 2007 and after 3 years has grown to become one of Canada’s most popular sneaker boutiques. Summer 2009 SoHo Sneaker Shop contacted me looking for an innovative, experience driven e-commerce website that could be seamlessly integrated on top of the WordPress blogging platform, making their inventory and sales available worldwide.

One of SoHo Sneaker Shop’s most distinguishing characteristics is their level of hands-on community involvement. Summer 2009 I was contracted to design a series of promotional posters advertising various community events including tent sales, their All Day Game of Skate and the SoHo Sneaker Sneaker drive to raise money for the Haiti Relief Effort.
